Required Forms

Submission Deadline: February 28, 2025

Submit Waiver and Tech forms to xtravtech@losalchoir.com

 

There are three sets of required forms: (1) Waiver Form(s), (2) Tech Forms and (3) Program Information. Please be mindful of deadlines. Thank you in advance for your understanding and prompt response.

 

WAIVER FORMS

The General Waiver must be completed and in our hands before you come on campus.

If you are leaving a truck on the campus overnight, you must complete the Vehicle Parking Waiver.

TECH FORMS

Please complete the Tech Packet for each group coming to Xtravaganza. Forms include:

  • General Tech Information
  • Riser Configuration All Divisions except Tier 1 & 2
  • Riser Configuration for Tier 1 and Tier 2
  • Lighting Cues
  • Adjudicator Soloist Sheet

ALL FORMS MUST BE IN OUR HANDS BEFORE YOU TAKE THE STAGE.

PROGRAM INFORMATION

This is an electronic form for information you would like included in the hard-copy program available during the competition. Complete one for each choir participating. Please proofread carefully as this is what will be printed in the program.
