What are the Choir Fees?

When do we have to pay?

Although there is no set deadline, it would be helpful to receive the Participation Donation as soon as possible.

How can I see what fees I've already paid?

Please see Student Account Status section below.

Can I pay in installments?

Currently we do not have automatic installation payments, but there are options to pay half or full amounts.

How do the fundraisers work?

A portion of individual fundraisers are deposited as Booster Credits into your student’s BoosterHub account. These credits can be used to offset the cost of choir fees as well as other purchases. See our Fundraisers page for more information.

Are Choir Fees the same as Booster Sponsorships?

No. Choir fees are for each student to participate in our program. Booster Sponsorships support our program and are more connected to our four home shows since Booster Sponsorships offer Season Ticket options for the performances and early access to purchase individual show tickets before they are released to the general public. Are the fees tax deductible?

The Participation Donations are fully tax deductible. Please consult with your tax advisor.

How do I make a payment for Choir Fees?

  1. Send a check (payable to Note-Able Booster Club) and mail it to the address below or place it in the Redbox in the Choir Room (be sure to include your student’s name on the memo line).
  2. Pay with ACH or credit card on our website Choir Shop or the Store on the BoosterHub app.


How do I know what is still owed?

You can check what you've already paid for by logging into BoosterHub (blue icon above) from a browser (not on the app).

  • Click on the People tab on the left nav and search for yourself then click on your name
  • Scroll to the bottom

Tap the Accounting tab to show all of your purchase line items. Clicking on a line item brings up a copy of your receipt with full details (you can download a copy from here, too).

How do I check my Booster Credits?

You can view your Booster Credit earnings and usage on your BoosterHub account.

  • Follow the directions above to log into your account.
  • Scroll down to the bottom
  • Tap the Booster Credits tab

When do Booster Sponsorship go on sale?

How do I volunteer to help at a show, event or fundraiser?

To volunteer for an event, check the Choir Calendar and look for events labeled with "Volunteers". 


When are Booster Club Meetings?

Note-Ables Booster Club meetings are generally held on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 7pm (see Choir Calendar for specific dates).

All parents/guardians of current program student welcome and encouraged to attend.
